How we work
The same four steps whether the job is a morning of repairs or a three-month extension.

Use the quote form or WhatsApp. A short description and a few photos are enough to start.
Site visit
We arrange a time to see the job, measure up and answer your questions on the spot.
Written quote
You receive a written quote listing the work, the materials, the price and the start date.
The work
We do the job as quoted, keep you updated, and walk through the finished work with you before we leave.
The quote
Every quote is in writing. It lists the work item by item, the materials, the price and the expected start date and duration. If you want to compare quotes, ours is laid out so you can see exactly what is included.
Payment
The quote sets out when payments are due. On larger jobs, payments are split into stages that match completed work, so you are never far ahead of what has been done.
Changes during the job
If you want to change something, or we find a problem that could not be seen before work started, we price the change in writing first. Nothing extra is added to the bill without your written go-ahead.
On site
We agree working hours and access with you before starting. The site is cleaned at the end of each day, and all rubble and refuse leave the property with us.
Handover
At the end we walk through the finished work with you. Anything that is not right is noted and fixed before the job is closed.
