How a building job runs
Every build starts with a site visit. We look at the ground, the access for materials, and the plans, then give you a written quote that breaks the work into stages: foundations, walls to roof height, roof, and finishes. You pay per completed stage, so you can see the work you are paying for.
Plans and approvals
Most new structures need plans approved by the municipality before building starts. If you do not have plans yet, tell us. We can point you to a draughtsperson and quote once the plans are drawn.
