Finding the leak first
Water often comes in far from where it shows on the ceiling. We look at the roof, flashings, gutters and walls to find where it is actually getting in, then quote to fix that rather than just the stain.
Before the rains
Waterproofing is best done in dry weather. Book your inspection early to get a start date before the rainy season.
