New pools
A new pool starts with a site visit to check access for the excavator, the ground, and where the pump and filter will go. The quote covers excavation, the shell, plumbing, coping, the finish and first fill, broken into stages so you pay as each stage is completed.
Most municipalities need approved plans for a new pool, and by law a pool must have a safety fence or net before it is filled. We tell you what applies to your property at the site visit.
Leaks
Some water loss is normal from evaporation, especially in hot, windy weather. If the level drops faster than that, there is probably a leak in the shell, the plumbing or the fittings. We find where it is before quoting, so you pay to fix the leak, not to guess at it.
Resurfacing and repairs
A rough, stained or flaking pool surface can be re-marbled or resurfaced without rebuilding the pool. Cracked coping, loose tiles and failing pumps can be fixed on their own or as part of the same job.
