Living in the house while we work
Most renovations happen while people are still living in the house. We agree the working hours with you up front, keep the rest of the house covered against dust, and clear the site at the end of each day.
Changes during the job
Once walls are opened, hidden problems sometimes appear, such as damp, old wiring or rotten timber. When that happens we stop, show you, and price the extra work in writing before doing it.
